Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Autumn Joy Salon requires at least 48 hours’ notice for color appointments and 24 hours’ notice for haircut appointments when cancelling or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling outside of these timeframes may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
